1. Using this website

Use this website lawfully and respectfully to explore the conference, contact the team and manage your registration. You are responsible for the information and documents you submit and must have permission to provide information on another person’s behalf.

2. Protecting the website and its users

Do not access another person’s records or account without permission, bypass security controls, test the website for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, upload harmful files, disrupt the service, send spam or impersonate EACOH or another person. Do not submit false, abusive or unlawful material. We may restrict access to protect users and investigate misuse.

3. Registration and payments

Provide accurate and current registration details and review your selected pass, attendance days and total before payment. If you already registered, use your existing registration reference to complete the process or contact the conference team instead of creating a duplicate registration.

Submitting a registration form or payment advice does not by itself confirm payment. Online payments are confirmed after verification with the payment provider; bank transfers are confirmed after Finance verifies receipt. Keep your registration reference and payment records. Any additional conditions displayed for your selected service or checkout also apply.

4. Website content and logos

Conference content is provided for information and personal conference planning. Website materials and partner names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce them for commercial purposes or imply an endorsement without the relevant owner’s permission. Do not remove attribution or ownership notices.

5. Conference information

We aim to keep information accurate and current. Programme details, speakers and practical arrangements may be updated; check the website and official conference communications for the latest information. Educational content on the website is not a substitute for individual medical or professional advice.

Links to partners, payment providers and other external services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. EACOH does not control the content or operation of those external websites.
