Choose your pass and complete your details to start your registration.

After submitting your details, choose secure online payment through Ziina or bank transfer. For bank transfers, email the payment advice to finance@eacoh.org with your order reference. Please use only one payment method.

Your registration confirmation email will be sent to you later.

Choose 24 November, 25 November or both days. Standard, POD Parents and Exhibition offer one-day and two-day prices. Premium, Student and Conference & Exhibition already include both days.

Enter your complete international number, starting with + and the calling code. You may choose a calling code different from your country of residence.

Required for a Student Pass; optional for other passes.

Upload a clear personal photo in JPG or PNG format. Maximum 5 MiB.

Choose the document you will provide a number and copy for.

The conference team uses your photo, identity documents and any student documents to verify your registration. Uploads are stored privately and are not displayed on the public website.
