Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
ICOCH26 is organised by the Emirates Association for Community and Occupational Health (EACOH). This notice explains how information is handled through the ICOCH26 website for conference enquiries and registration.
Information you provide
The information requested depends on the service you choose.
- Contact enquiries: your name, email address, organisation and the message you send.
- Registration: your selected pass, full name, email, phone number, country and city, together with any organisation, job title or address details you provide.
- Student registration: a valid student or college card is requested only for the student pass. Other passes do not require this upload.
- Abstract submissions: the abstract, author details, affiliations and other information you choose to send by email.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer conference registration, review student-pass eligibility, communicate about your request or participation, and support conference administration. Technical information, such as browser, network and session data, may also be processed to deliver and secure the website.
Website and external services
The website and registration records use Odoo. Enquiries and abstract submissions are handled through the conference team’s communication systems. Information needed to provide these services may be processed by the relevant hosting and communication providers.
The Media page presents a video hosted through this website and an embedded YouTube player. External websites and embedded services operate under their own privacy notices. Please review those notices when you use their services.
Payments
Online payment processing is not currently enabled. The registration form does not request card numbers or bank-account details. Payment-provider information will be made available when online payments are introduced.
Keeping information
How long information is kept depends on the purpose of the record and any applicable legal, accounting or administrative requirements. You can contact the conference team to ask about a record or request a review of its retention.
Questions and requests
You can ask about your personal information or request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, where applicable under law. Requests are considered in light of the relevant legal and recordkeeping requirements. We may need information to verify your identity before responding to a request about personal records.
Cookies and updates
Our Cookie Policy explains the website’s cookies and video playback. This notice may be updated when the website or its services change.
